OUR PRIVATE TOUR
Looking for an original and fun small group activity? Bordeaux Wine Trails offers a scenic electric bike ride through the countryside of Saint-Emilion, discovering its beautiful vineyards and awe-inspiring chateaus on your very own private tour. It’s a unique opportunity to explore the famous medieval city and its wineries from a different point of view!
Throughout the day, you will be able to learn about the region’s history and heritage, meet passionate winemakers as they give you a private tour of their chateau, and savor a picnic with a view overlooking the vines. You will have the exclusive chance of tasting the most lucrative wines of the region, both directly at the chateaus as well as a local wine cellar!
We will take care of everything. Your group will be picked up directly from your place of accommodation (or at a meeting point) in Bordeaux to take you to Saint-Emilion in one of our spacious minivans. You will then pick up your electric bikes, ready to roll through the quaint and picturesque streets of the village and its surrounding vineyards. No need to be an athlete, this bike ride is accessible to everyone!
After a day of up to nine wine tastings and feasting on local delicacies, your personal guide will drive your group back to Bordeaux so everyone can relax and enjoy their day in complete safety.
This tour is available from April to October from Friday to Sunday only. The minimum age to participate is 16 and the minimum height is 1.55m and weight limit of 105 kg.
We are happy to adapt to your dietary needs. Please inform us at least 48 hours before tour departure. Lunch includes regional cheese, deli sandwiches and seasonal fruit salad.
